Nick's Highlight
The Jack 9's continued there winnings ways with a hard fought win over price attack 3-1. A new player to the team (thor) got the first try after The Pipes gave him a lovely short ball. The next 10 min was back and forth before Stepy did one of his trademark in and away and dove over in the corner. Price Attack then scored a controversial try where the player droped the ball over the line but was given. The last try come from The Sensation when he strolled through a huge gap down the middle. The play of the day was a easy decision after Nick took a beautiful intercept and was away with only stepy within 10 metres and then "it" happened. He started to fall, then he was falling, then finaly he was down and out with a cheer from the crowd. The Jack 9's now have a 3 week break before the continue total domination!!!

We are obviously the class side in the competition, even when we played our worst game of the season we still ground out a victory. and my try was more "slashing" then a "stroll" through a big gap. the gap was medium at best
Hey everyone, just wanted to say to you all that i hope you had a Merry Christmas and that Winton the new Virgin Blue Pilot and my poker loving self will be down in approx 2 Months. We have totally missed the poker there and I myself am missing the cash games as you know its not allowing in QLD. APL up here just doesnt do it for us, i guess it really was the great people playing the game. Keep it up everyone we miss all our friends and cant wait to deal em up with you all.
