Darren Morris Snr takes out cash event
In another win for new era this week darren took out the cash event on friday night, having to do it on his own with no other new era member making the 8, darren held off 3 OPC members to take the title and in doing so extended his region lead and further re-inforcing theat new era a the premier poker crew out west

If I had half the luck some of these monkeys have a would of had this tourney finished around 10pm. I put on a poker clinic that night. That was till when we got down to 4 handed. Im chip leader im under the gun with AK, I move allin happy to collect $9000 in blinds. Earl calls another $12000 from the big blind to put himself allin with 10 9. Hits a 10 on the river. Ok im still got chips. 2 hands later i call Darren Morris allin with pocket 10. I caught him trying to steal with 7 2. what happens? two pair 7 on the flop and 2 on the river. Im out in 4th. Oh well what do you do?
they are some tough beats mate. but you had all ur chips in the centre when you were in front,the rest is up to the poker gods,as you can read in my other posts ive took some bad beats over the last 2 weeks that cost me victories, the first was james ace, he mover all in with ace 6 i called with ace 8 pre-flop and james hit a 6 on the flop and a 6 on the turn, hence i finish second, then last tuesday i move all in heads up with king 10 of spades and rod the butcher called with queen 9 and hit his 9 on the flop, once again causing me to finish second, but im not mad because i never got out played, just out drawn, and thats how u have to look at it
